to be honest. the audio quality is really low (much lower then any acceptable audio for 700mb). I'm not sure what AAC encoder you used but mean while you did 142k 5.1 AAC when i've heard 128k 5.1 AAC that sounded much better then this.
also just as a suggest with the video, your much better off doing dvd res like 720x360 (or what ever the crop resolution is) with anamorphic display. doing 1280x544 at this video bitrate is just crazy. h264 is good, but its not a miracle worker and only hurts the picture quality when you do it so high with so low of a bitrate.
